He’s back! Dr. Craig Manning, the Human Performance Scientist and author who delivered a provocative virtual presentation earlier this summer. Participants will learn that failure is one of the building blocks that lead to success. And, Dr. Manning will present the framework required to build confidence.

Fear of Failure: There is a growing body of research showing how failure is critical to becoming successful. Failure is temporary. Henry Ford, Walt Disney, Dr. Seuss, J.K. Rowlings have all failed at pretty epic levels. The three forms of failure: Preventable Failure (Bad), Complexity-Related Failure (COVID-19), Intelligence Failure (Most valuable)

Confidence: Confidence has been found to be “the most critical psychological characteristic influencing human performance.” What is confidence? What is not? The four building blocks of confidence.
